The John Paul Jones Family Pub
The John Paul Jones is a welcoming, family friendly pub serving traditional beers and ales, fine wines - specially selected for The Bay - and a range of delicious home cooked meals.
Food is served daily from 12pm to 9pm.
The relaxing atmosphere, log fires and regular entertainment make for a special treat right on your doorstep.
Leisure Centre
The new Leisure Centre is now open and my guests have automatic membership with free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, steam room and sauna. There is also a small children's play area outside.
Guests will have access to the gym and tennis courts for a small fee payable to The Bay and there are lots of daily activities to take part in throughout the year such as: Seascooters and Waterwalkerz in the pool, Archery, Fencing, Mini golf, Fishing (rod licence required), FUNdamentals (gymnastics for under 6's), Disc golf and Skip-hop. Bike hire also available.
The Leisure Centre is only a couple of minutes walk from the cottage just next to the pub, and a timetable of events can be obtained from the Reception Staff. There will be a small charge for all of these activities payable to The Bay.
Café Italia
Cafe Italia is an informal Café and Coffee Shop offering an excellent choice of snacks and drinks. All food is made fresh to order, with a large selection of sandwiches, pizzas and paninis along with a tempting choice of Carte D'Or ice cream and mouthwatering sweet treats. Tea and freshly ground coffee is available or if you prefer something stronger, Cafe Italia is also fully licensed. Eat inside or out, the choice is yours.
Pharmacy
Next door to Cafe Italia is a well stocked pharmacy providing you with an immediate solution to any medical emergencies. There is also a local GP surgery in Filey available to offer treatment for anything more serious.
