Serendipity Rates are shown for 7 nights, 4 night mid-week breaks and 3 night weekend breaks. If you wish to discuss any other length of stay or have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.

Please note

Serendipity is a non smoking holiday home although smoking is permitted on the patio

Pets are not allowed

Bookings

When making a booking you can choose to pay a deposit of £50 to reserve the required dates or you can pay in full.

If you choose to pay a deposit the balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. Bookings placed within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of deposit by email or if you prefer, by letter.

A security cheque of £100 will be required on arrival at the property and will be returned within 7 days on completion of the Inventory Check.
